I really appreciate the personnel at the Pearlridge location who are very helpful. I am recommending an evaluation of the procedure for safety check appointments. I had early morning appointments for safety checks on my two vehicles in February and March. I waited nearly two hours each time for my checks to be completed. I don't pretend that I know how to schedule but maybe the safety check person could schedule customers in blocks of time like 15 or 20 minutes during a certain time of the day. Of course, some cars would not pass, and the customer would have a choice of waiting and having the needed work done or scheduling another appt. . Meanwhile, the safety check person would move on to the next customer. Because of its fine personnel, Pearlridge is quite busy. This review in no way is meant to negatively reflect on any individual. I am a loyal customer and look forward to continuing my patronage. Thank you.

Service is not what it used to be. I asked to repair a flat and a synthetic oil change. They forgot the oil change. You have concerned employees asking to service us at the desk but that doesnt help when the instructions were never forwarded. I have been a long time customer for tires and service but now I will start shopping for better rates and offers.

Easy to schedule appointment online. Service was quick and well done. I've been a customer since the 70's and they honor customer loyalty.

They are so helpful and friendly. I've gone to fill my tires and they are industrious, busy working. However, they always check in with me to offer help. They have even offered to stop what they are doing to fill the tires for me! What service!!

Great Customer Service as well as the servicing done to my vehicle. They were thorough and made sure to update me often.

The first time I got a repair here, I was hesitant to leave my car because I needed it to get to work. They offered me a loaner car and were able to get me in the next morning and finish the service by the time I got off work. The second time, I was a walk in for an oil change. They told me it would probably be a few hours. They called me 45 minutes later to tell me my car was ready. When I arrived the car was still in the service area. I asked if something was wrong, they said that they left it under the overhang because it was raining and they noticed my drivers window was off the track and didn’t want to get rain on my front seat. Super good customer service, always friendly. Solid work, fair prices for the experience. And guerantees on their work. I’m very satisfied with my visits.
