Friendly staff. My 4Runner was completed as promised and cost was comparable (with price match) to club prices. Will continue to come back here.

I took my car to Lex Brodie's to trace and fix an oil leak. Well, the trace took longer than expected so they provided a rental car and told me they would call when the leak was diagnosed. Once the leak was located, I had them fix it as their quote was fair. Yeah! Unfortunately they had an accident with my key/fob, apologized profusely, and said they would replace it. They told me to hold onto the rental for another day while they replaced the key/fob. The following day I was able to pick my car up! It's refreshing to have a mechanic with integrity, they immediately owned up to their mistake and made it right. I think I Lex Brodie's has a new customer moving forward!!! Multiple employees helped me, I didn't write down all of their names, all were personable/professional. Thank you!!!

It is a frightening experience when you get suck on the freeway in Kaneohe far from home in Waianae. First you need a tow truck then you need a reliable, trustworthy, honest repair shop-a shop able to work on and store your vehicle over the Easter Weekend. Especially when you have your TOOLS your life work in your truck!! Lex Brodie is the place and Leimomi, is the gal. She assured us that Lex Brodie could handle our unfortunate circumstances. We were relieved that they would be open till 6:00 pm on Good Friday!! Hooray*** and lucky for us***God is Good*** My work truck is purring and humming and running smooth....Thank you for getting me back on the road. Mike Kim

I've been going to this Lex Brodie's in Waipahu for at least a decade. They provide honest and quality service. I don't get ripped off here as I've been ripped off at many other locations over the years with Fraudulent Repairs at places like Firestone and FastLube. I have zero issues with Lex Brodie's and I plan to keep going there when I buy another brand new car. My current car a Toyota I brought brand near 13 years ago, and it has given me 190,000 and it is still running. This Lex Brodie's in Waipahu did all of the repairs! Special shout out to "Guy" who has helped explain things to me many times over the years!
