Very happy with service at Kaneohe location and keep coming back even though I live in Honolulu.

This place is the stereotypical scamming mechanic. Called to inquire about plugging a tire, asked how long the wait was and was told it wouldn't be long and was told to come down there now. Got there 10 minutes later. First he says that I need to replace all my tires. Not going to happen. Then he says it's $90 to plug it. I asked why and he said because it's a run flat. (Narrator: I don't have run flat tires on my audi. No audi except the Q7 uses runflats). I tell him that I'm pretty sure I don't have run flats, since I don't want to be rude. He says i do, but he'll discount it to $40. I used to sell audis. I called their service department to check, and they confirmed. So I went back out there and told him that and he's like "oh my bad brah". Yeah, right. Wait another HOUR and they still haven't even touched my car. So I asked for my keys and left. Bad review for 2 reasons: 1) the guy was clearly trying to scam me for more money. 2) an hour wait and they didn't even move my car from where I parked. Went around the block to Dynamic Motorsports and they did it for half the price in 20 minutes. EDIT - forgot to follow up on this, just saw a commercial which reminded me. Went to a competitor and they, within minutes, discovered the nail on my tire didn't actually puncture through. No need for a plug or a new tire. The employee I spoke with is either too incompetent to properly check, or was trying to pull a fast one and scam me. Shame. The competitor ended up getting my business for something else though, and have now earned a life time customer. Take your business somewhere honest, people.

My front tire blew out and needed to be replaced. I went online to request an appointment for tire replacement and alignment services. The available times were numerous and very convenient. After I made the online appointment, I received an online confirmation and coupons, too. Very user friendly! This was my first time ever with Lex Brodie's. On the day of my service, I was greeted by an agent who was very cheerful, friendly, and polite. He checked me in and showed me to the waiting room. He said it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I expected this because online there is a list of time estimates per service. Very convenient! The staff and mechanics are really nice and easy to communicate with. Very professional! The car was done in 2 hours 20 minutes. The new tire was installed. My car was once again ready to drive. Very happy, very grateful I chose Lex Brodie's! "Thank you...very much!"

LB employees are busy at this location, but always very helpful. They fixed my tire, which more than anything, gave me peace of mind. Mahalo!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Lex Brodies/Waipahu location for service for many years. I have always been treated well and received excellent results from the staff. I feel very comfortable that I am receiving honest advice from them. Lei was my salesperson and answered all my questions/concerns. She worked with me to provide the product I desired at a reasonable price. Thanks!!

I'm so glad to have found out that, Gerard and Kyle are back at the Kaneohe facility, took my car in for a slow leak in 1 of my tires and it was done in the time stated AND free of charge!!!! I'm definitely coming back!!!!

they were great customer service, almost paid for a rental car for me because they didn't know how long my car would take to fix. but then were able to get my parts that day and finished my car in less than an hour.

Excellent customer service from beginning to the end. Very satisfied customer, I was told that my tire rotation was going to take hour half. But when I checked in the front desk girl notice that I also be needed tire rotation so she was able to squeeze me in for that a service too. Now it was suppose to take 2 hours and a half. Ended up being only hour and a half. Was really happy about that. Thank you all for you excellent service. Highly recommend Lex Brodie's
