I’ve always been impressed with the and professionalism of the staff. That’s been a consistent part of their workplace culture for as long as I can remember—-you’ll be greeted warmly and swiftly taken care of. I like the fact that you don’t have to wait for a particular service agent, whoever isn’t busy, will assist you with alacrity. With the volume of cars being serviced, they attack being “slammed” with efficient vigor. It’s a great customer service model that is unique to Lex Brodie’s. Also, making an appointment beforehand provides you a $10 discount on your servicing, that’s a clever incentive for planning your next visit. I commute to work downtown and they always have my vehicle ready to go before the pau hana traffic starts so I have an excuse to leave work early ! “Gotta pick up my car!, see you guys tomorrow”.
