The service here is always consistently great! I never have to wait to be seen and my car has been ready within a day both times. The service advisor, Kevin, kept me informed and worked with me to address the immediate concerns. He even provided a rental car so that I could pick my son up from school. Even if I drive up for air in my tires, they are always courteous. I appreciate the follow- up survey as well as email copy of my repair work. I prefer to come here versus the local Lexus dealership.

Maile greeted me with a smile and heartfelt welcome. As many businesses today lack customer service skills, this was very refreshing. Maile treated me better than a valued customer - she treated me like family. She was professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. She promised to keep me updated via telephone and she was good to her word. My car was fixed at the price and time promised, but what I will take away most from this visit is the excellence in customer service.

I brought our van in with some concerns, after recently having the front suspension worked on. I was really concerned about a recent noise, and dropped by one morning when I found I was available, but without an appointment. I was greeted quickly and warmly by the manager who made it a priority to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. After a short wait it was explained to me that one of the problems was a front separating tire (which I am assuming could have caused a major accident). (We had felt for a while that something was wrong with at least one front tire, and had our tires looked at a couple of times by someone else who told us they were good). I was so grateful they caught that before something aweful happened. They also found that the noise I was hearing was due to a bad bushing which they confessed should have been caught when replacing the struts (as I had heard the noise before, though it got worse). Therefore, the company honorably paid for the new part and labor. I very much appreciated the fact that they made our van, and us, a priority. I was very happy with the service, the honorable descision and behavior of the manager, and the attention to detail. The only reason I am giving 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 is that I did wait for quite a while before they realized I was waiting and should arrange for a rental vehicle for me that day. It was simply a lack of communication, on my part too. Additionally, I must add that I love that Lex Brodie’s supplies a rental vehicle for their costumers if needed. It makes the whole experience easier. Thank you Lex Brodie’s!

Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe has always treated me right. I have taken my vehicle in for alignment and trouble shooting a few times over the years. Each time I have been treated with respect, given a thorough explanation of work to be done, and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here, they are professionals.

Great last minute service!! Thank you to Leimomi for the exceptional service that you provided us yesterday (5/13/18) at your Waipahu location. I was the Kray Kray car...We called in the morning to get my struts fixed since my husband noticed my tire was in dire need of replacement. You came through for us and we were able to bring it in. I feel so much safer now and it seems to be working good. I have to say this was the most stress free car experience I've ever had. We dropped it off, then picked it up a little after 4 pm after being at the beach all day. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!! You should be a manger there if you aren't already. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!
