Zack and Lei were polite and took me in to fix my a/c even though they were inundated with customers. The mechanics identified the problem and fixed the a/c at a fair price. Definitely referral worthy.

My car battery died late Saturday night. I'm so glad Lex Brodie's was open on Sunday. I was able to drop the car off and take the bus to a planned activity that afternoon. They had it done early afternoon and I had someone pick up the car. With a recent loss of a car, we were down to no car this past weekend. Talk about bad luck! Lex Brodie's saved us!!!

Absolutely impressed with the service! We came in on Labor Day and those dedicated workers treated us with smiles, aloha and of course a fixed tire. We waited in the customer service lounge which had AC, coffee and newspapers. After a short while, we were on our way!

Superior service for walk in safety inspection

Service of my vehicle was excellent! It was easy to make and appointment and the service was completed timely. I will be back!!!

Great prices for four tires. The sales man Richard made sure I could make it to work on time. I waited for 3 hours but they pretty much overhauled my car for me. So while waiting I strolled to down to earth to get some Vegan pizza. I put a bunch of honey on the crust it was delicious. Next I went to Fishers and looked at art supplies and chatted with them. I then strolled back to Lex Brodies looking at the street art next to mother Waldorf park ( I only walked 1 city block by the way). so that was one hour in the wind. When I got back they already started working on my car. so I got to see the dust and rust on the thing that the tires attach to. it wasnt to rusty so that was amazing. After that i found a old relic of a waiting room. there were so many fossils of pictures in there i was astonished. I hung out in a room full of people on there phones and a old couple that need the sugar rush of cookies to stay up. that made me laugh but i almost fell asleep on the chairs too they were pretty comfy in that waiting room. I waited for 30 minutes and then this amazing independent woman with the cutest face named Taylor started coming to the waiting room to check on her customers. i started to get excited so i wandered out of the waiting room and found a computer to get a membership to LexBrodies. I filled it out but the internet broke. no wifi, ahhhh. i then turned around and found this little area that has all the history of lexbrodies on the walls. i was amazed. by this time another hour had passed and then i went back to the waiting room and there was this keiki and her mother in there so the cool people c hanged the tv channel to cartoons. it was so fun to just sit there and watch cartoons and respark the feeling of being a kid again. I am really glad I chose to slide through to this spot definetly will be black.
