They are entirely reliable, courteous, and extremely customer oriented. I trust their judgement and know i'll be treated fairly. I even got a ride from the dealership to my office across from Ala Moana and a pick-up afterwards, when they installed a new set of tires. I'll always use Lex Brodie's. You may be able to find "cheaper" elsewhere, but for quality, go to Lex Brodie's.

Lex Brodie's is conveniently located in Kakaako, near downtown Honolulu. I have taken my car to different places for different things (safety inspection, major repair, oil change), but I've had my car repaired here several times and I was always satisfied with the price and service. Lex Brodie's has great customer service. Their employees are professional and dependable. I work downtown and the Queen Street location is convenient to my work place. I can bring my car here before the business officially opens, speak with a customer service rep, walk to work and pick my car up later. This is very convenient for me. There are very few car repair businesses within walking distance to downtown Honolulu and I can leave my car here at the crack of dawn. I have purchased tires here, had the brakes and a/c repaired, gotten oil changes and safety inspections here. I've had car problems before (a/c wasn't blowing at all) that were inspected at Lex Brodies's and I was not charged. I've had them tell me that my brakes were okay and didn't need to be fixed yet. I sense that this business isn't going to recommend unnecessary repairs or up sell me on stuff. I like that.

I have been a long-time customer at Lex Brodie's and have always been impressed with the quality and efficiency of the facility and the personnel. I have complete trust in their honesty and work product. They don't try to pressure the customer and are frank about your needs and sell the product that makes the most sense to you. Mailie (MKO) took very good catre of me yesterday, and arranged for transportation to and from my place of business while they worked on my car. Hopefully, I won't need them for a while, but if I have tire or alignment needs, I'll be back Dennis B. Lind, M.D..

Consistency is a hard attribute to accomplish with a larger staff. The team at LB has accomplished this task and as a customer, I really appreciate all the team does for it's customers.

Great service

Called after getting off of work and was ensured by a friendly voice that they could check my brakes and give me an estimate. Upon my arrival I was quickly greeted and serviced. Luckily my brakes were fine, but since I was there I decided to pick up two tires!! Great customer service!
