Fast, efficient, inexpensive!

Very happy with the quick and fast service. We came in a hurry and they were ready to help needed to patch my husband's tire on our way to a wedding. Didn't wait even 5 seconds to be helped and greeted I am more then happy. I will definitely be back to this location and I really thought that because it was a Sunday the repair would have taken longer but I was wrong this location is fast and efficient.

Great customer service. I spoke with Leimomi on the phone to get help with the pricing of tires and she was patient and kind. Leialoha was at the desk checking people in and she was efficient, nice and friendly. And most importantly LO.. he was funny, caring, and informative. Just a really nice guy to talk to and really guided me through the process of buying tires and checking my wheel alignment. They can always bring in items they don't have in stock from other locations. Closest location is Pearlridge. I had to wait for one tire to come in but that's because I wasn't prepared to buy 4. When it comes to the safety of your child, you change what needs to get changed and pay the price. Schedule appointments online so you won't have to wait long. They open at 7 but, for most services the employees don't start till 8. Their lounge is big and they have massage chairs if you are tense about spending money lol. The AC feels nice and cold. Lots of chairs. And I've always remembered their table with all the things you find in tires. Pretty cool. The prices are worth it with their warranties and you won't want to go elsewhere if you need to service your car. At least you can see through the big windows that they are actually doing the work and not just ripping you off and they don't make you feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase things.

On our way home, we picked up a pretty large screw that threatened our drive home from Keeaumoku and we also have a pretty busy weekend planned. It was almost 15 minutes to 6 and we called Lex to check if we could bring in the car to get it fixed. Their hours on the web was until 6 PM. Kyle answered and told us if we can get the car in to the shop before they closed, they'd take a look at it. We drove down and it was a good thing that the traffic was light. We got to Lex Brodie's at 2 minutes before 6 and Kyle took us in and got us fixed up and out by 6:30 and at NO CHARGE! We are always grateful for their friendly "Can Do' attitude every time we go there and we'll always continue to go there! Thanks Kyle! We truly appreciate the excellent Customer Service!
