Excelent service! I didn't intend to go to Lex Brodie's, but now I won't go anywhere else. I was on my way to Midas to get a quick oil change and I saw the Lex Brodie's sign on the way. I had to replace a couple of tires, and thought-"I might as well do that now while my car's already being worked on". I pulled up to the parking lot, and was helped as soon as I parked. It almost scared me because I wasn't expecting someone to help me so quick! I wish I wrote down the ladies name who helped me. My invoice just says MKO as my salesperson, but she was fantastic. She helped me right away, gave me a price quote, and set up a loaner car for me-a service I had no idea they provided. An Enterprise agent came 5 minutes later and I was off. MKO did mention that because I was a walk in it might be a while, and said my car may be done around 5 when they close. So, I planned my day accordingly and went to run some errands. I was pleasantly surprised when they called at 2 and said my car was ready for pick up. The check out process was quick, and MKO signed me up for the Hawaiian Airlines reward program, since she saw I was paying with my Hawaiian Airlines credit card. This was the best car maintenance experience I've ever had, and I've already started spreading the word to my friends. Great job Lex Brodie's Waipahu! I'll be seeing you again for my next oil change.

Lex Brodie's of Waipahu provided our family with outstanding Customer Service! First, we called to see if they could take our vehicle to get the alternator fixed. Not only did they say they could take our vehicle in that same day but they were nice enough to explain the charges and benefits of getting our vehicle serviced with them. Within an hour, our car was serviced and ready. Quick service! At checkout, the cashier explained to us that they were a Hawaiian Miles partner and how we could get miles for using their service. With the many Hawaiian Miles partners out there, no one bothered to explain this to us. I would like to give the Staff of Lex Brodie's in Waipahu all the kudos, thumbs up and 5 stars they deserve. Thank you all for making our first experience at Lex Brodie's a pleasant and welcoming one!

I've only went to Lex Brodie's twice and both experiences were great. The first was to get a tire rotation and to get my flat tires fixed, and the second was for an oil change. On both occasion I've been surprised upon how quick they were able to service my car in a timely matter. From my previous experiences at my car dealership, I would typically have to wait long hours for my car to get done. The customer service on my first encounter was great due to how helpful the lady in the front was upon the different options I was able to choose for my car and the prices. There was no pressure on their end on what they think is better and allow you to choose on your own judgement. However, I do have to mention that the customer service experience on my second visit was just OK. Despite them having to complete my oil change fairly quick (lady says 1 1/2-2hrs but got it done within at least 50mins), the lady who process my papers at the end obviously was not having a great day which definitely rubbed me off the wrong way. Customer service is really important especially if you want the customer to consistently return. But overall, I really like Lex Brodie's compared to other repair shops and I also like the fact that they also participate in the HawaiianAir Miles reward.

My car had been giving me trouble the past three weeks; usually stalls especially when the engine is cold. I've taken it to a well-known repair company earlier and they quoted me $1,600 to fix the issue. When my car stalled on me the other day, I decided to take it to them, but their technician was not available for another two weeks (vacation), so I called AAA and recommended to have it towed to Lex Brodie's at Pearlridge. It was already mid-day when my car arrived at Lex Brodie's so I didn't expect them to see it right away, but Eddie (Service Rep) told me that I would be receiving a call the next morning for diagnosis; which he did and told me how much it would cost me - I was surprised to hear that it would only cost me about $140 plus diagnostics and tax, and they included the safety inspection because it's due before the end of the month. Eddie is amazing; honest, friendly, and trustworthy - I also called him earlier because I left my Tag Heuer wristwatch in the car, which he placed in a safe place until I picked up the car.

It was okay wish if had appointment they would get on it right when the time is set for come in. I waited hour and half with appointment to get a safety check. If could speed that up woul be awesome
