As always, the customer service is excellent. Very, very friendly staff. Courteous and mindful. I usually drive away a satisfied customer, feeling like I made the right decision of bringing my car there for service. This last visit, however, I did not. Big part of it is probably because my bill came out waaay higher than I initially thought it would be before I brought my car in. My initial problem was the car and steering wheel was shaking and I thought it was time for my brakes to be fixed. Turned out I needed four brand new tires and something about a ball / joint? Brakes were still good. Bill was pretty hefty. Got in my car to leave, but now the car seemed to be sputtering and my engine light comes on. Went back in to see if someone could do a quick check, cashier who helped me looked at my paper work and was like "oh, yeah" Apparently the mechanic was aware of it and someone was supposed to call me and let me know. Only call I got was my car was ready for pick up. Apparently not. They did a computer check to see what was wrong. Said I should leave my car for a couple days. Got phone call today - need to fix wires, change six spark plugs, something about oil leaking and causing a burning smell, etc., etc. $$$$$ Not what I brought my car in for. There went my vacation money. The money I will end up spending.....I probably should've saved it for a down payment on a new car. The car is 13 years old. Some say I should've just bought the parts and have a mechanic friend fix it..... Anyway, just venting. Still loved the customer service. To their credit Momi did give me as many discounts as she could to help me out. Just feeling the ouch.
