I looked EVERYWHERE for a place to change my tires and im so glad i found this place! I brought my car in, and in less than and hour and a half my baby had new shoes :) When i walked into the office area I was greeted by Rachel, she helped me pick the right tires as well as quoted me the price before we started. The price was fair and I didn't feel like I was going to get ripped off like the other places I have been visiting trying to find a place to change all 4 tires. Rachel took my information and told me she will call me as soon as the car is done.. so I walked to the mall to watch a movie thinking it was going to be awhile, but these guys are on it! i literally just had gotten some food at the mall and was getting ready to see what movie i could watch when Rachel called me and said the car was ready :) I walked back to find my car with brand new sparkly tires! I was so happy they went the extra mile to shine my tires and i didnt realize that they were about to close when i brought my car in and they stayed open a little later just to service me! Talk about service!! Thank you to all the staff at Lex Brodies in Aiea for taking care of me! I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

This review is a couple weeks late, but wanted to give props and thanks to Chelsea at the Pearlridge location for working with me on and off for about 2 weeks! She helped me sift thru all the possible sizes of rims and tires that would work for my car we made it happen. Final consultation with Eddie and the deal was done. Didn't hesitate to opt for the 24 month / 24,000 miles warranty alignment and the Full-Service Package for the tires! Chelsea took my handful of coupons I printed from Lex Brodie's web site, as well as the Michelin Tire promo and rebate, and I ended up saving $264! Easy dealing with people who know their stuff. PS: Got more than 110K miles on the last set of Michelin Defender tires. The new Defenders run even quieter since Michelin modified them.

The best service in town. From checking in and checking out, their concierge person greets you at the door, and the rest is painless. They provide free coffee in the clean and air-conditional guest lounge while they work on your car. They don't drag you out of your car because you misssd an appointment or late, or because you are there just for a punctured tire. They treat you like a royal customer. Always great Kamaaina service.

Stopped by around 4pm today to inquire about getting a safety check. Taylor was very friendly, courteous, and helpful as she explained the current wait time vs. making an appointment for another day. I decided to get it done and Taylor was able to get my work order to a mechanic right away. I watched TV in their clean air conditioned waiting room and in less than 30 minutes my truck was ready. Great experience from start to finish. Even though they were very busy, every employee I encountered was courteous and professional, especially Taylor (5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s)!!!

Excellent Customer Service!

I went in for an alignment today and Chelsea was generous throught the entire process. She was very knowledgeable on what I needed and very professional. My car was also finished at the time she stated and she called on time. I didn't get the name of the cashier but she was awesome too. I've heard about Lex Brodie services since I've been on island and I see why. You've definitely gained another satisfied customer!
