I REALLY DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE...... ANY SPECIAL SERVICES, NOT THAT MY TOYOTA SENNA DID NOT NEED IT. WOW.. GOD BLESS THE ... ALOHA SPIRIT AND THE A-1 REPS AND SERVICE PERSONNEL AT QUEENS LOCATION.. MIKE RIZZO, MY OLD FRIEND AND HERO FROM NYC HAPPENED TO BE GOING TO A MEETING. WE CHATTED. .. AND I EXPRESSED MY JOY OF SEEING HIM AND MY SORROW OF HAVE MY EX-SPOUSE COUSIN.. PASSING AWAY ON NOV. 29TH OF 2O16.. SAD NO. MIKE THO MY JUNIOR OF DECADES. I AM A OLD GOAT FROM THE 50-60S AND PUSHING 80S. SOON.. ENOUGH. URGED ME TO ATTEND MY CALABASH COUSINS SERVICES AT BORTHWICK MORTURARY..... MY EX -SPOUSE VIEWS.. WERE MIXED THAT I ATTEND. SO. I WAS WITH MIXED EMOTIONS AND AMBIVALENT TO NOT DISRUPT. MY EX-SPOUSE. WOW. I AM GLAD I DID GO TO BORTHWICK SERVICE .. AND SPOKE IN DEPTH W MY COUSINS KID BROTHER OF 54.. AND DID ASK HIM TO CONVEY MY SORROW TO HIS --- THEIR MOTHER. WOW. BACK TO SERVICES. MIKE WAS CORDIAL AND CORRECT AND ALSO FACILITATED AND EXPEDITED MY PROCRASTINATED SERVICES TO MY OLE VEHICLE.. TIRE HAD LEAKIN AIR. AND THE BATTERY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO PROS. AT QUEENS.. THE SHOP MANAGER MR. GERALD.. ENLISTED THE ABLE SERVICES OF KOLY AND MY VEHICLE RECEIVED ROTATIONS AND TIRE CHECKS AND NEW BATTERY IN QUICK FASHION. MS. GINA CSR.. CASHIER WAS SO SWEET. BLESS HER. MR GERALD THE MANAGER FROM CASTLE H.. WAS WARM AND VERY EFFICIENT. EDDIE THE ASSIST MANAGER FOLLOWED UP AS WELL.. AND I LEFT WITH A VEHICLE THAT DID NOT DIE. OR CONK OUT, AS IT DID FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS.. A BUMMER IN THE RAIN AND BUSY XMAS TRAFFIC EH. I AM SO.. GRATEFUL TO YOUR STAFF MY.. LEX... JR.. DECADES AGAIN.. I DID SERVICE MY CARS W. LEX SR.. AND I ALWAYS KNEW THAT LEX BRODIES IS A SERVICE ENTITY YOU CAN DEPEND. ON... ALWAYS.. IN CONCLUSION : MAY.. Jim was extremely courteous and efficient as always. His timely follow-up and recommendations were thorough, explained simply enough so that I could understand, and did not involve any pressure. I continue to receive excellent customer service and will definitely return!

I had an appointment for an oil change. I dropped my car off and told the service attendant that I had my own oil and filter on the passenger side. He drew up the work order I saw that the price was higher then usual. He had included the price of oil in the work order he than claim to me that I didn't tell him that I had my own oil and filter. I told him no I stated that I had my own oil and filter on the passenger side. He than had the nerve to tell I need to speak up and that all he hear was passenger side. I felt he was really rude to me. About an hour and a half later I received a voice mail that my car was finished and I could come and pick it up. When I got to Lex Brodies my car was still on the rack and had to wait another 15 minutes. I have coming to Lex B's for many years to get work done on my car, I always bring my own oil and filter when I get an oil change. I have been very satisfied and at times bragged to my coworkers about the service I receive from LB's. That the reason I always uses LB. It still bothers me how I was treated. As I was paying my bill the same service rep was ringing me out and said he was sorry about the miss communication. Craig Nakamura

had a 9:30 appt. for oil change, safety check, and alignment. dropped it off at 7:15. they called at 9:30 saying that my car was ready. excellent! i had been critical in the past (yelp review) for really long service times. i had a 7:00 appt. for an oil change and safety check once that took til 2pm. this was certainly much better and i'm glad to see that they've sped up their service. great job!

Today 12/13/16 I had my p.u. truck serviced. Had an appt. 8am and was so pleased of the attention to detail of the servicing. Had not problems with paying my bill, plus the office assistant answered every question I asked her....Mahalo Nui Loa to you all! Claire Soares

I dropped off my car for an oil change. I was told that for drop off, they will let me know by day's end at 6pm. I was able to pick up my car in 1 1/2 hrs. Great speedy service for a non-appointment. Thanks Lex Brody. I always come to you for my car problems!

After not going to Lex Brodie's in over 30 years I'am back again & guess what, they are still giving Great Service with a Friendly Staff. I'am glad I'am back!
