Honolulu, HI
I gave the service three stars, although the Kalihi location really deserves FIVE stars. The reason I didn't give them five was because I had to go to Kalhi instead of Honolulu where I had a disagreement with one of the salesmen. I was buying two tires and wanted them put on the front of my front wheel drive Honda. He refused to put them on the front, saying they had a policy of putting new tires only on the back because it's lighter and therefore more likely to hydroplane. First of all, this is ridiculous. The tires on a front wheel drive car not only steer, but provide the drive that allows you to control the direction of the car. Even if the rear hydroplanes, at least you can still control the car if the front is not hydroplaning. But I couldn't get the guy to understand this. Managers, heads up: The customer is sometimes right. You need to tune up your sales people. Anyway, I went to Kalihi store, and I'm happily driving safely in some pretty heavy downpours.
