For the automobile owners, there's nothing worse than having to put your hard earned money in car repairs. Due to the immense amount of pot holes, miscellaneous bumps that dwell our Hawai'i roads, it's imminent to see situations like these come in the future towards our beloved vehicles. Who will actually not rip you off when these circumstances arise? Thanks to my friend that recommended Lex Brodie, I have found my saving grace. After a dealership charged me $160 to run diagnostics for my car repair and quoting me over $4000 for the actual repair job, it was enough for me to end my long and faithful business with them and try Lex Brodies. Lex Brodie's is located on the corner of Queen St and Coral, to your left. After parking your car, approach their welcome sign and an auto repair representative will approach you to check for any available appointments and will input your information in a computer. From there, everything is simple. Their waiting room is filled with seats galore, screen TV and entertainment. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks are available (so bring change/cash). Free cold/hot water is also available should you get thirsty upon waiting. After picking up my car from the dealership and straight to Lex's, we were approached by Delci. She was very friendly upon helping us. I love the free of charge when running diagnostics on my entire car (not just the problem area). Delci was very flexible and said we would receive an email in regards to all the concerns. After the free diagnostic, we received an email with the information of the broken down concerned areas and what needed to be done as soon as possible. The price was a lot reasonable than what we were quoted previously, so we gave it a go. It was nice to have the option of being able to finance the repair however we decided on a different method. I appreciated the VIP discount of 15% taken from our total. Any discount helps, especially when the repairs are pretty hefty in cost. But alongside that, it's nice to be able to earn miles and points through their qualifying purchases. 1 mile or point for every $2 spent was not too shabby. You can redeem points towards an Amazon gift card, Best Buy, Apple, Macys, etc. They have an entire booklet filled with all the great rewards. There's nothing more than feeling at ease when you can trust your mechanic and the repairs are backed by an automatic guaranteed warranty. It was time to change my mechanic to Lex Brodies. Another time we came here was a safety check was in order. Lex seems to always be busy and we hadn't any idea that we needed a safety check appointment. Another auto sales person had denied our business and we had walked out, until Richard approached us quickly. We had stated our situation about not having an appointment. He had assured us that he will see what he can do about squeezing us in between appointments. We sat at their waiting room in hopes that our car would pass inspection. Low and behold, Richard comes back with our safety sticker stating we passed. This was a for sure sign that we should continue our business here. What topped off the cake is earning Hawaiian miles as I make many more service purchases here.

Maile was awfully busy but she was spot on, thorough and professional. In the meantime during my short wait for her, 3 employees asked if they could help me. And they were all BUSY. No where and I mean NO WHERE are you going to find this kind of enthusiastic, caring staff. The free coffee, quiet AC room, that's a real perk but it's the people and the service, that keeps me coming back. When one of my co~workers offered to pick me up and bring me back to work I told her, "Are you kidding? I 'need' to wait at Lex's." Work or Lex's? Work or Lex's? Hmmmmm. Hehehe. I am most impressed by the fact that they are continuing with Lex's practices of quick, polite service. You can always get a good product at a competitive price, elsewhere. But, it's the personal service that matters. Is Lex's the cheapest car/tire/service/gas around? No. But they're quick, take care of you while you wait, have a loaner program if you can't and their warranties are usually longer than other places, I've found. I've not only had all of the above mentioned services and products, I've also had safety checks too. They do it all. Lex once told me that a personal touch, quick, sincere, caring service, will bring people back time and time again. I guess he knew what he was talking about. What a savvy businessman he was and more importantly, what a decent man he was. On this visit, I actually bought a battery for my niece who lent me her car, that's how much I love Lex's. My 17 year old car is habbajang on the outside but just because your ride is doo doo, doesn't mean you shouldn't take care of the engine. I keep under the hood as pristine as possible. Thanks to Lex Brodie's. I'm fairly sure my niece will be doing business at Lex's from now on and I happen to know she needs two rear tires! Thanks everyone!

The service was great. The only thing preventing this from being 5 stars is due to the fact that the air conditioning system is broken and it is easily 90 degrees in the waiting area. Cooler to wait outside in the sun.

5 Star service and maintenance as always!

I rolled into Lex Brodies, with no appointment seeking to replace my TPMS sensors and get a safety check. Vochelle was kind enough to take my vehicle on a busy Monday morning. 4 hrs later my vehicle had all 5 TPMS Sensors replaced, tires rotated, alignment and balancing and safety check completed. They also put some tire shine on my tires to make them look real good which was a nice extra! I also got a AAA discount and left a happy customer, especially on a very busy Monday morning. Good job.

Excellent service. I was impressed at how friendly, polite & helpful the associates were. The work was done well. I truly appreciated it all!

Outstanding Customer Service! My BMW was at the Dealership to be repaired, however one of my tires had a nail in it and BMW would not do the repair until the tire was replaced at their cost of $500! I told them to hang loose and I called Lex Brodie's on Queen St when Maile came to my rescue!!! Maile pulled up my service history to find that we had purchased that tire in 2013; if it was repairable, there would be No Charge! Maile also had an opening as soon as I got there which was 11:30 a.m. I asked if she thought it would be completed by 1:30 p.m. as I had to have the car back to BMW by then to do the engine repair. Maile then put me on the Fast Track! Maile suggested I go to the air conditioned lounge to wait where there was hot coffee and clean comfortable seating! Maile checked back with me several times to update me on the status of my situation. The mechanic was able to repair the tire and I was on my way by 12:15 p.m. at No Charge! With such good service I decided to ask Maile if Lex Brodie would be able to replace the emissions valve that BMW was going to do? Maile went to ask the mechanic who declined the business explaining that BMW had already done the diagnostic; that there were several emissions valves and they would be more expert on doing this replacement. Now that's integrity! Thank you Lex Brodie and especially MAILE for your OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!!

When I drove in I was immediately greeted by a man named Cooper??? I told him I had an emergency and that I needed a battery as my car had to be jumped to get to work and than again to get to Lex Brodies. Dispite being busy Cooper got me in and out.....like magic. Your staff where I paid my bill were so cordial and helpful. Love doing business at Lex Brodies!
