Been here to buy tires, etc., before. Chelsie helped us this morning with a wheel alignment. She is so awesome, super pleasant and very knowledgeable. There were a number of people in front of us waiting to be helped. Chelsie kept thanking everyone for waiting. Lex Brodie's is lucky to have her assistance. In addition, service performed was well within the time frame estimated by Chelsie.

the lb team took care of my leaking valve stem problem & found out that the bead of my tire was leaking around the rim & took care of that also. they were pretty busy & took care of my problem even without an appointment. thanks to the staff at the queen st lb's!

Excellent service. I went in on a busy day, my battery was no good. But, I was served promptly and courteously. The air conditioning at the Pearl ridge location was not working but the workers at that location was friendly and courteous. Made me forget about no air conditioning and waiting for an hour and half, thanks to the apologizing counter help.

Service was exceptional. I'm usually leery when taking my vehicles for service because a lot of establishments try to take advantage of women. However, this is the second time I've taken my vehicle to Lex Brodie Kaneohe and I've been very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and straight forward. They don't try to take advantage and try to make you fix stuff that isn't really wrong with your car. They actually told me the wait would be approximately 3 hours, but they completed the service in 1 hour.

The customer service was great from the time I entered the store. After reviewing the wear on the tires and asking who usually drive the vehicle, the tires were recommended for handling and safety that matched the driver. The work was performed timely and to my satisfaction.

Had an emergency and needed a tire fast because mine blew up. They had my tire size in stock and were so quick to fix it! Friendly, professional service.
