We received fast, professional & courteous service from Vashelle Hayward when we had to have our fleet vehicles serviced... She greeted us with a friendly caring smile. She diagnosed the problem, then the vehicles were serviced within a timely manner seeing that our vehicles can not remain out of service for a long period time. I live on KAUAI but have had a vehicle on Oahu for many years. I've had service at 2 dealerships of my vehicles make here on Oahu and was extremely disappointed with both on many levels. Lex Brodie's exceeded my wildest expectations. They are my future mechanics for life . They don't try to sell you goods or services that are not needed. The quality of their work was excellent and I didn't have more problems with my vehicle when I left as when I came in with. Their prices are competitive and staff was a pleasure to deal with. Every one of my friends will hear about them from me.

The service is super friendly and welcoming. The reason I only gave this review 3 stars is because it is very frustrating to make an appointment, call 30 minutes before appointment to confirm Lex Brodies is still on time for my appointment where I am told that it will take 1.5 hours at the most and then when I show up my truck sits for an hour before being looked at and it then takes 3 hours to complete. What is the point of making an appointment when Lex Brodies can't stand by it! Time is money!

In order to make an appointment, after two phone calls with no response from a person knowledgeable to help me I drove to your location and make an appointment. Since the appointment was for a battery for a car that would not start it was pure lucky that I had another car to depend on. You were understaffed that day, but there should be a better response than what i experienced. Work was done, took longer and more involved than originally expected. Staff at the point of payment were pleasant.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful with both required work and in applying appropriate discounts. They remembered me and my name and made me feel valued as a customer.

I needed tires for my car as the old ones were dry rotted and worn; called Lex Brodie's and they put me in their system with an excellent quote. I did not think I would get my tires done but decided to go forth with it. Arriving there, they put me in next slot, told me an exact time they'd be done and also went above and beyond and assisted with fixing a broken part they found for free. I don't think they had to but for that I give them 5 stars. They definitely know their trade, enjoy it and know how to take care of their customers and their cars. The tires they put on felt great and breathed new life into the car. It drives well and feels great now. I definitely recommend anyone go to Lex Brodie's if they need work on their vehicles.
