I was a walk-in to purchase two tires and I was greeted right away. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. They take that extra step to make you feel that you are more than a number to their bottom line. It makes the difference when I decide where to bring my vehicle the next time :)

The service is fast and the front desk has friendly, helpful staff. We are seniors on a fixed income and find the costs for servicing our two cars a factor. We do think your prices are fair. We will continue to have our work done by Lex Brodies in Waipahu.

From beginning to end, the service, friendliness, and top quality product line were superb. I cannot see myself going anywhere else for my future tire/wheel services needs.

Service is usually good. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. I only wish the sales person had reviewed all options, not just the one by which LB's stood to make the most money. I regret my selection of the most expensive option and wish I had bee more assertive and asked the cost of the other options instead of just agreeing. I think customer setvice would be enhanced considerably if they could show more concern for customers' finances. You know, they could put themselves in our shoes.
