This is not my first time patronizing Lex Brodie and every time have had genuinely excellent service. Everyone is pleasant and helpful no matter how busy they are. I have always had great, fast service. I always recommend Lex Brodie to friends and family.

Had a complete brake job (pads and rotors on all four tires) on my 2009 Venza at a fair price and pleased with the entire process from check in, phone estimate, and job completion. All interaction with all staff was a pleasant experience and never feeling pressured to go with the estimate.

No one to greet the customer. Hard to find parking. I had to ask twice for a salesman. When a salesman was available we finally got rolling and put some tires on order. You should be prepared for a long wait for your car. The job took 4.5 hours from time of arrival and installation of four tires. Jim B. ,the salesman, was knowledgeable and did his job well. ,

Great service. Made an appointment online for 9 a.m., checked in, was told it would be about two hours, came back at 11 a.m. and it was done. Simple.

I was met with great friendly customer service and my vehicle's problem were diagnosed quickly and repaired to specs.

When we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed. We needed two new tires and told the lady we wanted cheaper affordable ones. She gave us what we wanted without any hassle. She made small conversation and was very kind. I wish I remembered her name. We waited no longer than promised. They even dressed all 4 tires. We are very pleased with the service we received.
