Service was very quick and was estimated accurately.

The ease of scheduling an appointment for my annual safety inspection was easy! I got to speak with someone who managed to work with me on finding an availability that worked for my schedule. When I got there, I got to check my car in and sit in the waiting area. I felt like I didn't have to wait a while, and the person that assisted me after the inspection was over asked if I wanted to take part in getting more mileage for Hawaiian Miles. Thanks for the ease of service for my first time at Lex Brodie's! :)

I am the kind of guy that likes to fix whatever he can before he takes it to a auto shop to get fixed. I don't trust repair shops, but lex brodies changed that took my car in for starter problems they did what they could and did not charge me since they couldn't fix it. They have my trust and I definitely will take my car here and highly recommend this place.

My initial call to Lex Brodie's - Kalihi was for a general quote for breaks. The person that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and directed my call to the appropriate person. The per-quote was excellent, which allowed me to see a range of cost. I arrived for my appointment time, they took me immediately (on-time)! They said a detailed quote would be ready within the hour. Again, they were on target and the quote was available. I received a phone call that my vehicle would not be ready by 6pm. They immediately set up a car rental. The following morning my vehicle was ready and in perfect working condition. I will definitely will return to Lex Brodie's for continued auto service.
