I was pleased w/ my entire experience, from the time I drove, set an appointment, until I got back the free estimates for repairs to the 1998 Tacoma i just bought.

It was Christmas Eve around noon, and my son's 2004 Impala, his prize possession's brakes were metal on metal. We were lucky enough to be blocks away and pulled in. They immediately thought that one of the tires had frozen calipers. We were greeted with warmth and reassurance. When they put the car up on the lift, sure enough they found the front left tire would not roll freely and saw it was with frozen calipers on the front left tire! After we agreed on the replacement of the two front brakes, they offered to give us a ride back to Straub Hospital where I had medicine to pick-up at the pharmacy. Superb customer service!

This was my second time at Lex Brodie's Honolulu. I was impressed the first time, so I returned. The prices are fair, the work well done and the employees very helpful. I was prepared to wait until the next day to pick up our car. They phoned the same day to say our car was ready for pickup. Lex Brodie's is the place for our car from now on!

Today my car's tire inflation indicator highlighted. I went to my favorite gas station, before work, to fill up and have them check my tires. They were busy, but they did inflate my tires. As I drove off though, my indicator light was still on. On my lunch hour just now, I took my car to Lex Brodie's. As soon I pulled up, Jeff asked me if I needed help. My tires were still lower than what the manufacturer recommends, so he filled up the 2 more pounds, but said that they were pretty good. I told him about getting them inflated in the morning, and Jeff then asked me if the light was still on after that, I said yes. He said he would reset the system for me. He had to grab some computer gadget. While he went to get that, another worker saw me standing & asked if I needed help. Jeff returned and had to go to each tire with that gadget & then was pressing something near my steering wheel to reset it. He was very prompt and helpful, even though I wasn't paying them anything for their help. I really appreciate it - thanks Jeff!

I had a hard time finding a service station that issues safety checks on the weekend. I was in a panic since I just noticed my safety check expired the month before (smh). After driving around town and calling multiple places I ended up at Lex Brodies for a Saturday safety check. Thank you very much Jim for making the process quick and painless. Awesome service!

Just moved to Honolulu and needed to change my oil. Didn't know where to go. Decided on this location because I always pass this place. So glad I came here. Service was quick and smooth. In and out. Called the day before for an appointment. Friendly service, friendly employees. Will be back here again for my car's next check up.

We have been serviced from this location a few times before and my husband says he will always return to get our vehicles serviced because he trusts the staff. They are professional and friendly and we have never been dissatisfied with the service.

It was fast service

I needed to get an oil change for my SUV and I would usually go to Honda Pacific to get it done but they didn't have any openings till the end of the month. I called around and checked on a few places recommended by my Yeeps. This location came up pretty high on the list so I called and was able to get an appointment for the following week. Parking was easily accessible and signs to the entrance were very clear. First time here so I appreciated that. Before even approaching the front, a service rep came up to me and asked how he could help. He introduced himself as Eddie. I said that I had an appointment for an oil change and he led me to the work station where he verified some information. That part took about 5 minutes. So quick and convenient right before heading into work. Eddie called to let me know a couple hours later that the mechanic recommended I get my valve gasket replaced as well as my windshield wipers. It wasn't over the top expensive and I needed to get them replaced anyway so I approved the added expenses. Everything was done before 4pm. Pick up was fast, simple and friendly as well. Highly recommend this place as an alternative to your dealer!
