I was treated very professionally as I arrived, especially with Vashelle in sales. She checked me in at a timely manner and off my car was set-up for the Greenfleet 48 point check up service and others. I was expecting my car to be done in 3-4 hours, but it was finished in about 2 hours. The ONLY thing I ask in the future, is that if you could have a form showing each area of the service that was done to your vehicle with a check mark. I really would have appreciated a hard copy showing this.

Kevin gave us excellent service. The mechanics did a great job of diagnosing and curing the problem with our car. We were inadvertently over-charged for the services but Kevin caught the error and we were reimbursed immediately.

this is my first time to Lex Brodie.. I needed a new Battery.. Didn't know what to do or where to park.. Just parked and walked towards sign .. The counter girl was very nice and helpful..took my infomation and keys.. When i got my car back.. The Mechanic had moved my streeing wheel and chair forward.. I had a hard time getting into my own car, since i normally have the chair all the way back.. This is a first for me where the mechanic moves seat and steering wheel, without moving it bavk to original position. Also his shoes was dirty.. Made my floor mat dirty.. That was not appreciated..the new Battery was installed correctly and i'm happy about that.. So my overall experience was satisfactory..

Excellent work on my GMC Sonoma. Lex Brodie mechanic fixed my coolant leak and my transmission. Also, greatly appreciated ride to and from work while my truck was in process.
