Assigned work was done and the car was ready on time. Additional work was needed and I was notified, given the prices and the OK to perform the repairs. I appreciate the courtesy of the staff and will definitely be back for future maintenance/repairs.

this is the third visit for me. initial sign in period is quick and cordial. they make you feel at home. wait time given is usually correct. not an auto buff, but the work done seems to be good, not sloppy.

I recently had an unacceptable experience at the Waipahu Store. The sales representative was argumentative and seemed unable to follow basic logic/math. Service took about 50% longer than estimated. Items in the car were not returned to where they were found. I did not see a single employee wearing a name tag. I can't imagine a less customer service driven location/store.
