I just went and got a 38 point inspection at Lex Brodie's on a used car we were looking to buy. Staff was amazing. I had my 3 and 2 year old with me and the ladies got them chips to eat, things to draw on, and were all around friendly! The inspection was very thorough and very helpful.

The staff here was very professional and most importantly, they treated me the way a customer should always be treated: with respect and recognition. They met me more than halfway and made me feel like my business was important to them.

Good service

We just rolled in here on a doughnut spare after bending our front rim hitting some angle iron on the highway. Instant, friendly service greeted us. They bent out the rim and put the tire back on pronto even though the shop was very busy. Great service. Would recommend!

I service was great. They told me that to install four tires and do a front end alignment would take about 1.5 hours. When I came back 1.5 hors later they were just finishing up. I will go back again and they are AAA approved.

Seems like a lot of negative reviews, but had a good experience with them. On a Sunday, I got 4 new tires and a safety check. I called in ahead of time to see if they had my size, they didn't, but said they would bring some in from Pearl Ridge. I arrived and started talking to the lady at the front about the services I needed. When she told me the price I cringed a little and asked if she could give me a discount. ON THE SPOT SHE GAVE ME $100 OFF! The tires came in just as I was done talking to her and they started working on it right away. About an hour and a half later they were done.

I found a nail in my Jeep's tire, and I would have pulled it myself except I don't have a spare tire. The nail was on the outside tread block of my 31" off-road tire, and I feared no one would want to patch and plug it since it was close to the sidewall. I saw this location had good Yelp reviews, so I made an appointment. I dropped my Jeep off at Lex's and they found that it was just a very short nub of a nail, and popped it out. They dunked the wheel and tire in the tank, and found no leaks. They put the wheel back on the Jeep and handed me the keys. No charge! Customer service was superb from the lady at the front desk, to the tech, and the manager who took time to answer my 'what if?' questions. I awarded 5 stars based upon the customer service across the board. I did not have in-depth maintenance performed so I cannot comment on that. This experience did put my mind at ease, and I will use Lex's again if the need should arise! Advice: If you buy pricey tires, be sure to get the extended coverage. You never know when a nail or screw puncture will make your tire useless.
