Fast, easy, reliable service.

Made appointment days ahead online & dropped my vehicle off at 10am for Saturday appointment. They had my vehicle all day & I NEVER got a call or text to say they are working on it. I called them at 3:30pm because they close at 5:00pm & was told they are short staffed & didn't let me know what needs to be done when they inspected the vehicle at 1:30pm. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle on Monday! I need my vehicle for work! I was upset & complained because this is so irresponsible of them so they better fix it now! They had to fix my vehicle & called me when it was ready at 5:00pm.

All 3 of my cars have been giving me issues these past few weeks so I've been to Lex Brodie's with a new car every week and every time, my car and the service there has been beyond satisfactory! Rylan, the manager, made everything so easy. The communication was great. They always called if they see something new that needed to be done and made me feel at ease. Always really pleased with the service at Lex Brodie. All are very professional and helpful. Service was quick, much faster than expected.

I felt all the people who helped me from check in, keeping me updated on the status of the work, and checkout were very helpful and informative. I was confused over the application of coupons and the check in person was helpful. I liked the texting and calls on the work status.

Car died at airport! Towed home, though it was battery or alternator. Charged all day, still had problems, needed fix right away. Took to Lex Brodies, told them the problem, they tested and told me the results right away! I said great! I’ll leave my car and they can fix it!! Done the next day!! Problem solved and runs great!! Fast and courteous service! Thanks again!!
