Thank you for the excellent service I received at Lex Brodie Aiea yesterday March 15, 2023. When I first called to make an appointment Leimomi was very patient and helpful in answering my questions as well taking down my concerns about my windshield wipers. At the time of my service appointment I was assisted by Brooke Tubania. Brooke was very friendly and helpful with addressing any questions I had as well as providing me cost estimates for future services. As I left Brooke also reminded to schedule my next appointment for the month of my safety check to be able to do multiple services at once. Really appreciated that. Mahalo Brooke and Leimomi.

Thank you to Loke Faulalo for her excellent customer service. Loke called me to inform me that my car was towed there, what needs to be done with the blown tire from Pothole, and the cost. Loke was so very kind and professional. Thank you to Loke and Lex Brodie's Team at Queens Street.

Lex Brodies has taken care of my cars for year and they are always friendly, always helpful, and always competent in the work they do. I like being able to book my appts online too (because I procrastinate everything if I need to call someone! HAHAHA!)

Awesome! I needed a fast flat repair in the afternoon so that I could safely return home to the north shore. It was completed in one hour. So appreciated, I could have been stranded or been a traffic hazard. Mahalo Plenty!

Went in for the routine tire rotation/balancing and am very satisfied with the total service. The two customer service reps (BRK and sorry but I don't know the second young ladies' name) that helped me were very professional, polite and helpful. The service was quick and they had me happily on my way in less than an hour. Thank you Lex Brodie.
