You are definitely five stars. I thought I was going to get a survey of sorts but guess not. A service man called BEN helped me and was so kind and said he would make sure the mechanics would do as I asked, no, as Toyota asks. Meaning, my door on the car has tire pressure in the front at 38 and 33 in back tires. Most mechanics will not respect this and I have to check after I get home and tires are cold. All was done this day and I was a happy camper. Also that my car fluids would be filled if needed. I am so grateful for Ben and the service he provided. I had expected to wait in the lounge for 3 or 4 hours and I was out in a little more than an hour! So thankful!

I am satisfied with everything except that it takes time. So if it's just an oil change, I'll go to another place.
