I was going to give a lower rating at first because going in for an oil change and tire rotation, turned into a brake job after inspection. I mean after the call to update me on the situation, I can't say no to the repairs because brakes are important, and it would be completed at the original pick up time. Then I got another call from Maile telling me now my battery needed to be replaced too! This is when I asked her about the fixed forever brake deal because I was looking at $1000.00 bill. She looked into my service history and found that I was covered and my new bill was under $300.00. Thank You Maile and the rest of the wonderful Staff at Lex Brodie Queen Street. I was even able to pick it up an hour early and yes it drives like brand new!!!

Made an appointment online to change out my tires, website was easy to navigate to purchase tires and schedule appointment.. Lex Brodie’s staff were friendly and quick. I was expecting to wait at least 2 hrs for them to be done but they called me within the hour to tell my car was ready for pick up. I will definitely be back.
