This Lex Brodie's is the best auto repair shop I've ever found! After over-paying for repairs at the dealership and other shops, I will not take my car anywhere else but Lex Brodie's now. The service by Gerard and Kevin is always so far above and beyond I'm honestly blown away and so grateful every time. I have an older car that has a lot of issues, but I never stress taking it into the shop now that I know the team at Lex will do a great job fixing whatever is going on, get it done quickly, and charge me the most reasonable price in town. They have excellent customer service and are responsive to your schedule and urgent needs. They've shown the utmost integrity in their pricing and their willingness to help me prioritize repairs within my budget and time restrictions. I trust this location entirely and recommend them highly!

I'm always satisfied with the Honolulu Lex Brodie's. Observing all the employees there, they all seem to be happy and they all seem to get along. I took my car in about an hour before closing to check on a flat tire that I had and it was no problem for them to get it fixed and they also checked on my other tires.

Though I had an appointed time to drop off my car, it was very busy on the lot, and intake was a little slower than usual on that day. The actual work done, however, was completed fairly close to the estimated time we were given (after the car keys were finally turned over to them). But, it seems they felt they were running late on our car, so the company insisted taking off the fee for our safety check from the bill; even though we didnt ask for anything, and didnt really mind waiting a bit longer. (They were very busy, with a lot of cars in their queue and they still gave great service to me!)

I had a fairly common situation, a screw punctured my tire. I made an appointment @700 Queen St in Honolulu, a very busy repair and maintenance shop. When I arrived, I was greeted almost immediately and given a time limit for repair and I indicated I would wait at the shop as opposed to being called after completion. My situation was completed expeditiously and while I watched the repair technician finish up he made an inspection . After completion, I was surprised he checked the overall condition of my vehicle, all tire pressure to have even pressure and wiped the inside of my vehicle where he had been inside. "Thank you...very much!

I think the person who helped me was Ben. He also helped me the last time I was there. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Even if they were very busy, he gave good customer service to everyone.
