Great, friendly service! While booking my safety check appointment by phone I was greeted with a professional, patient person. Your reminders that were sent to my phone were very appreciated. I was able to pick up my truck within the hour! I will surely be back!

J.R. was very helpful in choosing the new tires for my Sentra. He explained the tires available and provided useful information that let me choose the most cost efficient ones available. In addition, he made notes in the work order so that my car would be ready for pick up in the early afternoon, as I had hoped it would be. All in all, great customer service. I'll not hesitate to return if I need any work on my Sentra that Lex Brodie provides. Mahalo!

Courteous, professional, friendly staff. Would give 10 stars! Took my Tacoma to the Aiea location for a wheel alignment. "Only needed small adjustment so no charge". That's right NO CHARGE! When I called Justin in the morning to ask if I had to have a reservation he said they do walk ins and to bring it down so they could have a look on my tire size. When I drove in he recognized that I was the one that called and immediately tended to my need for new tires. Thanks for being a people person to me that's number one! Aloha

I'd been told by the second person in just a couple of days that my tires were scary bald, so I figured I'd better do something about it. i didn't have an appointment, but I took a chance and stopped at Lex Brodie's before work, and sure enough, they could get it done by the end of my workday. Great! I thought--at least I won't have to pay for downtown parking today! Kapua was really friendly and helpful, pricing out a number of different options for me, explaining the differences, and even bringing out a tire to show me the tread. After I left, she called back and said she'd made a slight mistake, and the price was going to be...LESS than she'd quoted! When I got back that afternoon, it was raining buckets, and I was so grateful to drive away on two new solid, non-hydroplaning tires. Thank you to Lex Brodie and Kapua!
