I am a repeat customer at Lex Brodie because of the customer service and superior products. On my last visit, I purchased four tires and my Customer Service Representative Maile O. could not have been more helpful. Because I booked my appointment on-line, she had checked me in before I arrived, so the initial contact was quick. She had also applied all applicable discounts and coupons, saving me some money. Maile also noted the tire size I entered on-line was in error and immediately corrected my mistake. Good catch! She promised my car would be ready for pick-up at 1130 am, and called me two hours early to relate the service was completed and invited me to pick-up my car. Thank you Lex and Maile . . . FIVE STARS for sure!

I love Lex Brodies in Kaneohe! I have to defend my ‘go to’ place by saying it’s an auto shop you’re going to be a wait; people always give poor reviews about wait time. All they can do is give an estimate & update. That being said, I’ve always experienced good communication with their service and feel taken cared of. Today, the guy that checked me in, was the same one who took my payment and updated me on the different things they found (dents in the tire which literally look like they were dug out & a warped rim) without drama. Oh and they gave me a video of the findings by text with assessments. My number one reasons I like Lex Brodie is the honesty. I’ve worked with different service representatives and each one has been honest. I took my car to Kia and they had a list of things - A LIST - that I “needed” to fix ( with an urgency tone) I came to Lex Brodie, they do a quick inspection and gave me not only a rough estimate on cost but I guesstimate on when it ‘could’ be changed as well… huh! Friggen Kia! Oh and by the way they ordered the tire I wanted the same day ( I was lucky to get a same day app that’s not always the case - today they were extra busy). With todays visit there was only one thing I feel they need to work on. I believe they have a new employee who was a little anxious & made things a little awkward when I spoke to this person. In that persons defense I do speak pigeon lol I should’ve spoke a bit clearer which I corrected. However, this person still just stared hahaha the question was, can I leave my car parked there? *I pointed at my car and got NO response hahaha hopefully this person warms up quickly or Lex Brodie will have to train this person more

Efficient courteous staff and sound repair of flat

3 months after getting my new tires at Aiea Lex I could hear I picked up something-a BIG screw! I just drove right to Lex, Ferdy and staff took care of it. It did indeed pubture ny new tire. Love my Aiea Lex!!!

First time at Pearlridge branch. Safety check was finished within half-hour. I would have given a five star rating, but knocked down to four star. Only issue was the check-in clerk didn't write on the form or inform the technicians that I would be sitting in their waiting room area. Instead, the technician called my home number which of course, I wasn't at home since I was physically in their waiting room area.
