Ok this place can be crazy busy, but I always opt to drop off my car and grab a bite at one of the many nearby breweries. Last year I got my safety done somewhere else (closer to work) and I regretted it, brought it back to Lex's this year and couldn't be happier. The staff is always very friendly too, never overpaid.

Even the little details matter, where a valve cap was not screwed on with the newly installed tire. Previously, screws that held a certain metal piece were missing as well. Also, are you now discriminating by placing the floor paper in higher end vehicles and not in lower end vehicles? So disappointing.

Gerard was SUPER helpful. I had a timing belt issue and I just want to say that Gerard did the right thing for this Aunty who was a bit perplexed and lost without a safe vehicle. Fast and friendly service. Scheduling the appointment online was very easy. On the day of the appointment, Kyle (the manager) instantly greeted me as soon as I pulled up. He checked me in within a minute and I was ready to go on with the rest of my day after dropping my car off for service. Picking the car up later the same day was just as easy.
