Scammed I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up paying $1336.98. I was told that my battery needed to be replaced. Sure fine. After installing new battery, my alternator needed to be be replaced. Apparently my dying battery supposedly killed my alternator. On the way home my check engine light came on. My volt meter kept dropping to 11 and 12 volts while waiting at long stop lights. I looked under the hood and found the wrong size battery. It's too small. It's supposed to be CCA760 not CCA 600( confirmed size with Kia Nimitz). I went back to have them correct the battery with no results. And now they claim my rear 02 sensor is cause of my battery losing power. It's the WRONG size. I don't believe my alternator was bad either. They don't CARE. I've been a customer for over 15 years and have highly recommended them to others. I loved coming here because I felt that I could trust them. I'm very disappointed and feel the need to find a new business to take care of my vehicle.

Lex Brodie's is THE place to go for tires and auto service. I've been going there since the mid 80's and fondly remember Lex himself sitting behind his metal desk. Great service and value then, just as great now. My sales rep, Vachelle H., was superb. She was extremely knowledgeable about tires and helped me pick a set of tires that were best suited for my driving needs. She was also my customer advocate and looked for all possible discounts to apply to my purchase. The work was done quicker than I expected (4 new Michelins and alignment) and the tires felt better than the originals.
