Made appointment for a safety check only online, estimated time of completion was 1 & half hrs. Pleasantly surprised me car was ready in half hour!! Thank you … very much =)

I've been going to Lex Brodies for over 20 years. The customer service that I always receive is awesome. Staff is always nice and helpful. Never a disappointment.

Happy with work completed for free tire rotation and warranty work for tire sensors. It took a while to check-in even though it was only a little over 10 minutes, but it felt a lot longer and a line started to build behind me. Normally they're very quick to check -in when bringing car in for service. Wish they had 2 lines; one for check in and one for pick up. Didn't like it when people just walk in front of you when you're waiting in line and not knowing they're there to pick up.

Love the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Lex Brodie's. They keep you updated through the day via texts and emails on the progress of the car repair. In the end, while we opted out of a very expensive repair (~$4000), they referred us to a specialist for our car model who could possibly fix the problem for a bit less. Appreciate that referral.

All new faces but 1 on staff @ the Aiea Branch. I was not quickly greeted & helped as usual. Those @ new reception area were not as friendly, welcoming or personable as before. My car has been services @ the Aiea Branch for many yrs. When asked about the + staff members who were there to heIp me for yrs, I was told that the 3 had left the co. & are employed elsewhere.

The customer service here is 10/10 friendly staff & GREAT experience overall. Johnathan B. is great! Very professional. First time here and certainly NOT the last time.. will be coming back.
