I used to always take my car here for tires, brakes, repair and so does my son. That all is changing. This company has turned into one that will quickly respond to a sales call but can’t even return a call, text, email after the sale is done. On Friday I bought 2 new tires and confirmed that they would be put on the rear. Well, they put it on the front with no explanation. I have been trying to contact them but no one has responded. I’m ready to pull up and return these tires if they can’t be installed correctly. This review has gone from one star to a five star rating. I just received customer service at its finest from the President of the company, Scott Williams, who corrected the problem, followed it until I was a happy and satisfied customer.
