I love lex Brodie's they've been in my family for over 50 years I trust there professionalism and know that they'll get the job done right

I had a slow leak on my left front tire for quite a while, though slightly annoying, I'd go to Lex Brodies Queen st. as always for air," some places do have better Air than others " LOL ! My Samoan friend came up we started talking, my left front was 25 pounds filled to 35 all around. Other three down 1-2 pounds, I asked Base if he could check it out. Although he was getting off he graciously accepted took my car for inspection, he came to me about half hour later told me he was getting off and had another CSR complete the inspection. After 15 minutes female CSR came up to me as I was conversing with a physician on medical emergencies & told me that two front tires weren't good & that I needed 2 new tires. Although tires had good threads, CSR thought I would purchase only 2, I told her to put 4 new tires, I was told week and half ago via friend CSR Michelin Premier were they top of the line. My current tires were Michelin 235/50 18 I wanted Michelin premiere 245/45R 18 quoted with sales and tax $1492.00. I went to Costco asked about above premiere on order $1000. out the door and asked for printed quote was given copy. Had in glove compartment. I told CSR I have a receipt from Costco cause I knew & was told by two others CSR on price match. She took the printed $1000. called me for private conversation and told me they don't have Michelin premiere, she went on saying what I'll give you are Michelin pilot 245/45R 18. Per Consumer Digest Tires above 55000. Miles Premier 80,000 miles. My friends at this Lex's know should any CSR explain added benefits from $1000. To $1492. differences between Costco & them, Sincerely I wouldn't argue the price. I've given my VISA & I would say fine than put $1492. on my card. I could have run with tires I just filled & go to Costco. But CSR said she has the same on her car. Well again like the Cellphone incident I ended up with Michelin pilot 245/45-18 4 new tires which states on receipt no warranty on price match. Don't understand Price match was for Premier not Pilot? However she did tell me that should I have any problems with tires or pulling left/right just bring it to her. Alignment was done front and back. Total I paid $1138.16

I won't go back to this place. Their customer service is so terrible. i had an appointment at 1030am and arrived at 1015am. My car was not worked on for 3 hours. Why have an appointment system when you are unable to honor or adhere to it. The response I received 3 hours later from service writer the other cars came in before you. i watched the workers on my car and good thing because they put the old tire back on my car when it was supposed to be the new tire. Then I was told that I can't watch and would have to wait in the waiting area. It took me over 4 hours to get 2 tires installed with an appointment. Just think if I didn't have an appointment. And to top it of I received a scratch on my paint and was told it was there. Never Again!!!

Super awesome! Maile was such a plesant person to interact with. Everyone was working hard and making things happen. I own Keawe Adventures, and time off the road is money loss. They gave me realistic timeline until the work would be done and completed it within the timeline. Awesome service!
