Lex Brodies in Kaneohe always has the best service. My car had to be towed to them when it died on H3 in the middle of the night. Rather than charge enormous fees to diagnose (dx) and try to fix parts, they were honest and did as much DX as they could but didnt charge us and worked with us to tow it to the dealers shop (who charged a lot for diagnosing then could not fix it. I called today, a Sunday, to ask about a "check engine" light in my Camry. They were booked, so I asked how long could I drive the car with the light. The gentleman said to bring the car in and they could at least do a quick check to see if I could continue to drive it. I drove the car there and was promptly met and guided to park my car. I had interactions with three gentlemen who displayed 100% professionalism and courtesy. One used a device and did a quick diagnostic and I believe it was the manager who shared that in this particular instance, he recommended going to a Toyota service center. He also gave me helpful hints about what to do when those types of messages popped up on the dashboard. I inquired about the charge and he said there was none! Really, really impressed. Will definitely go back for my safety check and eventual tire replacement!

These guys never ever fail me! I'm not computer savvy, so sometimes I have stopped by in person to make an appointment... sometimes they will give me a time frame during which the work will be completed... AND THEN THEY ALWAYS CALL ME MUCH SOONER THAN QUOTED.. I feel respected, cared for, and always valued as a customer..... The work is pure quality... real excellence. These folks actually practice aloha... it is not just a sales pitch. I have always felt it here. Go and get yourself a dose of the REAL THING!!!

I took my truck with 23k miles in for a safety check. They took the tires off to check the brake pad thickness and pulled the rear brake drums off to check the brake shoes?!!!. When I asked them why they said that was standard procedure. Then I took my Camaro in for a safety check. They drove my car in the back of the shop where I couldn’t see what they were doing and did the safety check. I no longer take my vehicles there to do any work!! Those were the only two times I ever had them do any work on my vehicles. I no longer give them any of my business. They are weird!

I have a very positive experience working with John the operation manager in this store. He show excellent customer service and professionalism to offer solutions to help me.
