Friendly and fast service!

I really appreciate Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe! Everyone was so personable, professional, and helpful! As a teacher at Ko'olau Baptist Academy, I had a tight schedule to work with; but, booking an appointment online was easy! They were able to get my car's safety inspection done, communicated clearly, and even had a photo/video showing me why they had to replace my brake light. I felt comfortable and they really went above and beyond to demonstrate that their work was thorough and trustworthy! I am recommending them to everyone I know! I want to thank Rylan M. for ordering and installing my new tires. I'm very happy with not only the tires but the information and pictures of my wheel cylinders leaking that he sent me via e-mail. Keep up the the good work!

Very friendly staff although short staffed they accommodated to their best they could. Gave me options what would be the best option since the 1st option was not affordable at that time, they worked on what was most important which was great. Next option was lifetime warranty what they worked which I accepted Awesome. Then gave me a time limit which was about closing but completed 1 hour earlier even better back brakes work well, will schedule front brakes next time. Good job gang.

I went to lex Brodie's for my annual safety check this week and I got there 15 minutes early. They seemed busy, but checked me in and took my keys quickly. They said it would be about 45 minutes until it was ready. I waited in their waiting room where there were socially distanced chairs and signs reminding people to keep their masks on. I felt very safe. They have a bathroom to use if you need it while you wait. The room has A/C which is super nice too! After close to 45 minutes, but felt closer to 25 minutes, I got a call and a text from the front desk saying my car was ready! I paid quickly and signed their papers. They had clean and dirty pen cups, which is comforting as well. I went on my way home after that. It was a very seamless and quick process! Thanks lex Brodie's!

It's always a true pleasure to bring a car to Lex Brodies's. The service at Kaneohe is just as though Lex himself was behind the counter.

The staff was very helpful and informative 👍 got two tires changed in a timely fashion. Plus there open on a Sunday . I would have had a bad day with two tires leaking air. 👍👍

Love the staff here! They're always very friendly and accommodating! My parents and I have been coming to this location for a long time. We trust these guys and they are very honest with us. Transparency is key and they have been that way with us since we starting coming here. No BS trying to make money off us. They explain things very well if I don't understand why something needs to be changed or fixed on my car. I only trust this place with my car.
