We've been bringing our 2008 Toyota Highlander and 2004 Toyota Corolla to Lex Brodie's since July 2015. We've really appreciated their customer service at both the Kalihi and Kaneohe locations especially with their follow up calls. September 30th was a great example. On Tuesday, September 19, on my way home from work, my check engine light came on in our 2004 Toyota Corolla. I made it to Lex Brodie's Kaneohe just at 6pm. The manager Eddie helped me set up an appointment for September 30 since it was the first day that was convenient for us to go without the car for a day. Ben (I recognized Ben from the Kalihi location) was very gracious when I was a little late dropping off my car that morning. As promised, he called me back later with the good news that it was just my gas cap. The mechanic was kind enough to put a sealant on my old gas cap as a temporary fix. Per our discussion, Ben called me back less then 5 minutes later with the good news that they could get the part (new gas cap) that day. He said they could have my car ready by 3pm. At 2:24pm Tatiana (she's always very courteous and smiling) called to let us know our car was ready. Eddie processed the paperwork when I picked up the car. I thanked Eddie again explaining the week before I had so much anxiety driving home from work when my check engine light came on and I'm now so relieved it all worked out for the best thanks to Lex Brodie's. I've always had great service at Lex Brodie's and am very grateful Eddie, Ben and Tatiana are at the Kaneohe location. I'm also thankful for the mechanics who help everything run smoothly, especially the one who took care of our check engine light issue on September 30th.
