I had initially called firestone in Kaneohe but they were expecting me to drop off my car and pick it up the next day for a tire change. I'm so glad I went to lex Brodie's. They were fast and cost effective. they were able to repair my flat tire quickly. I really appreciate that they didn't purposely tell me to get a brand new tire. Very helpful and courteous

Im super impressed at the customer service that Zach and Jordan? (Jonah?) started with a J (sorry cant remember your name) provided!! I was on the verge of a panic attack when it came to figuring out what exactly was wrong with my car, how much it was going to cost and how I was going to get to work on Tuesday. But the guys took really great care of me! Yes, my car has a TON of problems but it has 150k miles on it and its time for repairs. I really appreciated the guys letting me know how much it was going to cost, and what was the most important to get fixed first. It ended up being 3 engine valve gaskets/seals, a solinoid pump, and serpentine belt. $722.00 later and Im there to pick up my car. When I started it at Lex Brodies it made an awful sound. The guys came straight over and checked it out. Go to find out the belt they used that was a Honda dealership part was too big. The problem was they couldnt get it on the rack to check it out that day and I needed my car for work. So Jordan/Jonah/starts with a J got me a rental car at no charge. HE SAVED THE DAY!!! I couldnt afford to miss a day of work and I really appreciated them making sure I was able to get to work and pick up my car when it was repaired. Thank you again Lex Brodie for being #1 in customer service and I will be back (when I can afford it) for the other repairs! Mahalo nui Loa Guys I am forever thankful!

I landed up needing to change two of my tires due to wear. I'm used to not finding my exact match so I ordered them brand new ahead of time. They quickly accommodated me in and got my new tires on and aligned them. Great service and flexible with meeting my needs.

Plenty helpful/knowledgeable crew over at the Kaneohe location, somewhat of a hassle completing vehicle maintenance outside of the normal oil/tire etc. on this island but Lex Brodies makes things easier unlike firestone or napa maintenance facilities. The only downside is that some of their prices can seem a little steep.
