After receiving great & friendly service for a State Safety Inspection several months ago, took my other car there for the same thing. Again the staff I came in contact with were very helpful & friendly, including Brooke, who initially helped me get situated & Vaschelle, who got the service going. Grateful for the free tire rotation service since i have tires with them but I had an appointment for 1pm and my car wasn’t seen until 3:15pm and didn’t finish until 4:43pm. It is frustrating to be there so long for a tire rotation when I have an appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment, I wish they would do the same for me.

I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which took almost 5 HOURS‼️

I had a diagnostic on my Jeep break system, the service was great!!! The ladies at the reception did a fantastic job following up with me, and overall communication and service was great! I was given a rental car while they ordered the parts and fixed my car. The Enterprise car lady, Jennifer, was great as well. Overall from start to finish a 10 out of 10!!! Thank you all!!
