The service provided was courteous, efficient and completed in a timely fashion. It was off to a great start with an agent promptly answering the phone which is rare these days and honestly gave me an option to book for another day or drop off early and pick later on the same day. At the end of the day, I received a phone call, e-mail and text message that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Great communication! Rare these days.

Since my previous Auto A/C Service was already booked 8 days in advance, decided to try Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe. To my surprise they scheduled my appointment the next day. Upon arriving, met with Customer Rep Vachelle, who was very courteous & helpful. Due to their building's roof undergoing repair, she said there might be a delay in service, but she would keep me posted. Amazingly, my car was expertly serviced & ready without any delays. Also, my bill was quite a bit lower than what my previous auto A/C shop quoted me for the same service. Hello! Lex Brodie's is now at the top of my list for future auto services and repairs.

By far the best Lex Brodie's on the island. Service is very reliable. Vachelle is the best, and we always trust her with our vehicle.

I needed new tires because I wouldn't pass my safety inspection. I just walked in and got my tires changed, I had a very good deal on 2 tires. For 2 brand new tires only 4 something. Every where else cant beat this deal unless you buy used but who wants used tires. The staff there are super friendly and they make you feel right at home. They have a waiting room, all the coffee you can drink, t.v you can watch, and if your phone needs to be charged they have it. Drew and his Crew that helped me on Friday is awesome. They was all very helpful... TY to all the staff that made me feel right at home like ohana... lol.... TYSM for your services and I'll be BK soon.

Very friendly and efficient

Vachelle provides such great customer service! Her work is stressful, with long lines of folks needing her attention, yet she manages to keep her composure and stays organized and focused. And she seems to always be moving about to take care of both customers and mechanics and cars! Mahalo!
