I have been a longtime Lex Brodie's Kaneohe customer. I have come to trust this company and their work over places like the dealership and other repair places for various reasons. I have seen management change over the years as well at LB Kaneohe. I will continue to be a LB customer because of the personable, quality, and professional service I always receive there. I brought in my car with concerns about the health of my battery. The specialist, Maile, was incredibly thorough in checking my battery, starter, and alternator, even keeping my car overnight to ensure that the test results were consistent with a cold start. Her care and attention, and her understanding that our car is essential, put my mind at ease as I drove my car away. I am grateful for the attention to detail and extraordinary customary service at the Kaneohe location.

Staff was courteous and very nice. Safety check was to the point but needed to come back for the sticker since had to do the whole expired reg thing too. 20min wait to put the new safety sticker on the car took about an hour. Definitely do a time check once the given wait time expires. Other than that, would definitely come back to do other services here and definitely recommend!

I made an appointment for a simple safety check... For 10 its now 12 and they didn't even start on it...what? Any way they over book their appointments .. they're over worked trying to keep up...I think they trying their best ..it's just over 2 hours for a safety check...its bad..sorry so I gave 2 stars..don't come here for safety checks ..thank you very much🤪up date it's now alittle after 12 they gave us our money back..so that was cool
