Always excellent service when ever work is needed on my vehicles. Problem solving works cooperatively between managers and customers is a 10 at this location. It’s a shame managers are bounce around to other locations, leave abruptly. Many years I appreciate and have had a very good standing, for a longtime with Kyle and Rylan, now their gone. Understandably the guys in the pit does the heavy lifting. Without leadership like Kyle and Rylan the ship travels well and kept afloat. Going to mis these outstanding players of this community of Kaneohe. I’ll probably will look for other place to get m y vehicles up to par. Made an appointment to change tire sensors. Appointment was made 1 week ahead and given a printed reminder. Showed up 1/2 hour before appointment and they had no record plus they said I had a 2 1/2 hour wait time! I canceled.
