The safety check of my 2017 Corolla took less than 20 minutes instead of the hour or more I anticipated. Would like to commend Brook T at the Pearlridge Branch for her cheerfulness and professionalism. She even drove my car to have the tires checked and air pumped in them. That's service to the max! Hope she gets the lunch she deserves!

First time at Pearlridge branch. Safety check was finished within half-hour. I would have given a five star rating, but knocked down to four star. Only issue was the check-in clerk didn't write on the form or inform the technicians that I would be sitting in their waiting room area. Instead, the technician called my home number which of course, I wasn't at home since I was physically in their waiting room area.

I usually never write a review, however I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff in handling my brake job. The brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced on the front and they completed the job in one day. Unknown to Lex Brodie or myself, my car had a brake line that was rusted. Through the process of bleeding the brakes etc. it apparently started leaking. When I got home, I had very little use of the brakes. I took my car back in the next morning and the found the leak and fixed it. Plus they did not charge me for the brake line fix even though it was readily apparent that they did not cause the brake fluid leak. Whether we like it or not every job we have done on our cars is not always without problems. When you have a company that goes beyond their duty to make a customer happy regardless of the situation, it is a company you want to do business with. I recommend you take your car to Lex Brodies, you will not be disappointed.
