Living right down the road makes taking my car in for service so convenient. But even if I lived in town I would still come to this location! They have always done a great job taking care of me and my car. Yesterday I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me it would be about 2 hours but they finished it even sooner than that and called me as soon as it was ready. Always professional and communicate the process well. My wife’s vehicle needed a tire rotation and an oil change which I referred her to Lex Broadies because of great customer service and the best warranty and best quality automotive service. My busy schedule and he weekly travel to Kapiolani Medical Center, I had no time to change her oil, rotate tires, and help her with a safety inspection. I was more impressed to find out that Synthetic oil (Wife’s car has a turbocharged engine) was utilized and that her tires were balanced in addition.

5 Jan 22 I had some work done on my Toyota Tacoma. I would like to praise Ms Vachelle Heyward and Manager Keith Kobayasha for a awesome job ! From start to finish both of them kept me informed and updated on progression on what maintenance was being done. Very professional and informative. Made me able to relax and have confidence in the work being done. I highly recommend Lex Brodie for any maintenance you may need for your vehicle. hit a death valley sized pothole after the deluge on new year's eve. i thought for sure i needed 4 tires. the salesperson (AMJ ?) was a lovely young woman. she called me to tell me what they found and what they advised. then she called me to tell me the car was done and told me it was not as bad as first thought and just did the job that needed to be done. So i go friendly service from beginning to end, i was updated on all things considered and completed, and was given the work i needed and not what i did not. I would go back here for sure

Dropped off my vehicle for a brake inspection/repair because I was noticing intermittent rumbling every time I braked. They could not duplicate the problem but found that my brake pads were less than 25%. I had them change both front/rear brake pads and rotors. LIFETIME warranty on all parts and labor. Peace of mind with a great deal!
