Absolutely appalled by the service we got. We had an appointment to do oil change and have them look at the AC, we drop the car off around 9:45 AM for the 10 AM appointment. According to their online advertising the oil change was supposed to come with a AAA 38-point inspection, by 1 PM our car had barely just got the oil change done. No one called us to give us any updates we specifically asked for them to look for an oil leak and all they could say is yup it has an oil leak but could not say anything further about it. When we got there we told them it actually just had an oil change but figured since we need the oil looked at that it would be easier to do an oil change anyways- No one mentioned them being able to look at it without doing an oil change either way. When dropping it off the appointment if they knew it was going to take all day they could have simply told us that from the beginning. According to online there's offers for a rental cars or an Uber/Lyft to the mall or X miles, none of which they offered us as they stood and looked at my eight month pregnant self. When 1 PM rolled around we asked for an update and they said it was currently in the garage being looked at. We pointed to the car sitting in the lot where it's been sitting for the last hour not moving saying no it's not, and she was very confused bc When she "looked last" it was up on the rack. But yet we had watched it and it had never gone up on a rack to be inspected or anything. When we asked if anyone had even looked at it yet she said no it had only gotten an oil change because oil changes take three hours. Are you serious? We usually take our car to fast lube Because you can sit in the car and have the oil changed and a complete inspection done in less than 30 minutes for a better price. It's ridiculous for someone to look at us in the face and tell us that's not possible it takes a minimum of an hour to two hours for an oil change and for us to have taken three hours with no updates and to not even the complementary inspection that was offered is absolutely unacceptable. We will never be bringing any of our vehicles back here again just for the simple lack of consideration this company had. Editing to reply Of course your employees will "recall "telling us that's a longer service. They did not mention any time whatsoever until after three hours of a car just sitting there with no update.. We do not wish for any gift cards, I'm sorry your employees are painting a different story but today was ridiculous

Changing my review to 4 stars because of the level of care they have for their customers. Scott contacted me to make things right. Great customer service has to mean something nowadays where everything is digital and impersonal. Going to give them another try.

They picked up the phone and just left it to the side. I was asking for assistance for 5 mins. When someone finally heard me they hung up. Worse customer service I have ever witnessed. I would leave no stars if it was an option.

Speedy service is the best and that is what I got

My car was serviced on 3/28/21 Sunday for a 40 pt check up & a routine oil change. Chelsea & Brianna both help check me in & Chelsea phoned to communicate what needs my car had & when it would be ready for me. Chelsea consistently has given me EXCELLENT service in the years I have brought my car in. Brianna processed my payment & receipt in a timely manner. Both ladies were helpful and efficient.

With a reservation, oil change takes 4 hours. Why bother making a reservation? Then they tell me I need a new battery. Ate you kidding, spend another 4 hours waiting to change a battery?
