Brought my car over to Lex on 12/11 for a sound and vibration coming from the front. JR and Jayda assisted me throughout the repair and they were both awesome. Friendly, professional and timely. I was equally impressed with the text messages with photos of the issue(s) and photos of the techs working on my vehicle. Great service and didn't break the bank. Customer for life here because they treated me right.

Recent military move. Only place I could find with great reviews and easy to set up online appointments. They worked with me when I showed up to my appointment without Hawaii car insurance prior to my appointment; they allowed me time to have it switched over from my previous state. I ended up failing my inspection due to a tail light issue. Came back the same week, early Saturday morning as a walk in, and was in/out within 30 min with my safety check completed. Very courteous staff. I will be coming back for all my future car needs! *Note*This place does get busy, but easy to see why, with the great service they provide.

Great customer service, showed me the difference between 2 different tires. A different tire company just pointed and didn’t give me other options.

It’s easy to schedule appointments online and there’s an option to text them. They’re very prompt and professional in their responses. Got my Electric Vehicle’s safety check from them before and more recently inquired about tire warranty. They’re so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the effort they made to answer my inquiry. Jayda is awesome!

Needed a safety check today because my car registration expired. I made appointment for 9:30 today 11/5/24 . Talked to girl at counter "oh sorry our safety app or computer down state wide some BS !! Oh you can leave your car and notify you when system up wtf!!! I got two citations for expired registration and yeah safety check is a big deal !!! At least have the decency to call me tell me before my appointment and tell me what wrong . So I don't have to rush down there and waste my time and put aside other appointments for this BS!!!. So plan B called jiffy lube said hey you can come in tomorrow no appointment needed . So yeah no brainer goin there tomorrow. To Lex Brody I know you guys been around forever but you can't skip the small details . Anyway you guys gotta get you stuff together please so this doesn't have to happen to anyone else . Aloha first time customer and last time sorry .

I had new tires installed and the crew followed all of my special requests without any challenges. My appointment time from start to finish took less then 2 hours. I have been coming to Lex Brodies for over 40 years. I once "busted" tires here as a teenager so I appreciate the service that the company provides.

Bought a used car with a questionable title/registration issue and one of their excellent technicians patiently walked me through the process to get the vehicle legal again. When I went back for a safety check and 5 new tires, Charlemaine patiently walked me through a very informative tire selection process, got me the best tires for my car at the very best price, made sure even the spare had the TPMS installed, and then surprised me with an additional discount when I picked up the car. Have been a customer for over 20 years, and I continue to be more impressed every time I visit this shop! Such nice people!
