Ever since I bought my car 8yrs ago, I've had to deal with bad service from various places- Toyota, Sams Club, & yes, Lex Brodies too. Freddie has always stepped up and fixed the problems (including making the staff re-do something correctly/ timely.) Also, one of the girls at the front desk (I'm not sure what her name is) is very courteous & friendly! If you need a solution to your car issues, Freddie is the only one who will get it done in my opinion.

Great customer service and easy to schedule.

Was told the fixing of the tire leak as well as installation of 2 new tires and alignment was going to take 1 and a half hours. Also the counter person said that they would check the brakes. But no mention of checking brakes was noted on the receipts and the work took 3 and a half hours.

The website allowed me to make an appointment for a safety inspection on a Sunday and they do not have an inspector on Sunday. The customer service gal just looked and acted like it was my fault. "Oh, you made this online." (In a roll your eyes tone). And she didn't say anything to create a solution or apologize and say she will notify someone to fix the error. I mentioned that it was their website which allowed this error and perhaps she could notify the programmer. A customer shouldn't need to be the one to offer a suggested solution. I won't come to here again.

The work on our vehicle was done in a fast and efficient manner. Workers were very friendly.

I stopped to get the under carriage of my van looked at. It was falling down and wanted see if they could put it back in place. It was a late stop on a busy Saturday but they got me fixed up with no charge.
