Love, love, love the service at Lex Brodies!

I love coming to this Lex Brodies location! I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am, but rather than waiting in their waiting area (which provides free coffee!) - I had a friend pick me up. Little did I know, the service was super quick - so I had to come back before 10:30 to pickup my car! Super fast and friendly!

I had a 9:00am safety check appointment (Tuesday May 24, 2016) and my car was not completed till past 11:00pm. 2-hours to have my auto inspected? Probably longer if I had not complained why make an appointment only to have me sit and wait for 2+ hours! When I dropped my car off, I asked how long will it take and was told about an hour. I waited and waited in your waiting room and no one had the courtesy to inform me of any delays. I will likely go across the street to Sears and have my next safety inspection done.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Went in with 2 vehicles that needed work. Got one back same day. They kept my truck for 2 days but called me and said they needed one more day. They got me a rental car set up at their expense so I could get to work the next day. Freddie was so helpful with everything. Kept us informed with everything that was going on. If you guys need work, ask for Freddie and know you'll get exceptional service. Thank you to the team for getting my baby back up and running!

After they rotated my tires my car started shaking when I step on the brakes at around 50 Mphs. I just had my front alignment done there when I purchased 2 new tires

After giving up on Lex Brodie's on the Big Island, I was curious and hesitant to check out the Aiea store but I needed tires and breaks. They had on-line coupons so I thought I would go and check out the store. First, I learned that the Oahu stores are not associated with outer island stores (the outer island stores must be franchised). The Kalihi store didn't have the Uniroyal tires I wanted but the Aiea store did. I was referred by a pleasant Associate at the Kalihi store to Freddy the Manager at Pearlridge and he was waiting for me to arrive for new tires. He gave me an honest estimate and "recommended" other services but gave "me the choice" without any pressuring or scare tactics that I had received down the block at Firestone. I had my tires on with minimal wait and after reviewing his recommendations (and the coupon I had), I decided to bring my truck back in for brakes. I told him I had new rear and he said fine but he would have his technicians check out the front and back. Freddy called me back and gave me the scoop AND gave me the choice of what I wanted to do. So, I now have new brakes without any hassles for other services that you get from other auto repair places. Thanks Lex Brodie's and Freddy. I'll be back...!!! p.s..... The e-mail with pictures of my needed repairs is GREAT. Thanks!
