Once again without failure the professional service and courtesies extended by staff were top notch. I always tell family and friends that I go to Lex Brodie's to have my vehicle serviced and that they should too. I am a very satisfied customer!

I had an appointment at 3:30 for 4 new tires, and the car was not ready until almost 6:00, even though it was promised at 5:30. I asked for an alignment check and to let me know if it needs an alignment - the agent pushed for me to commit to an alignment if needed. It turns out the alignment was done for less than .2 degrees out of spec. in one parameter. I would have skipped the alignment if I had the choice.

Service tech was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I was totally satisfied, In fact, the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you........very much!

Excellent service as usual. They went out of their way to find the part for my old car and made sure all other mechanical things were fixed which needed to be done. From their receptionist to the mechanics, all are very nice.
