Terrible experience. Had an appoint at 8am as part of AAA free vehicle inspect. 4hrs later nothing was done, not even on the life. Spoke to the manager a second time, he had someone take care of it right away...Had 4 new tires from costco, they said one tire needed to be replaced plus right rear brake pads (as if they wear differently) and more nonsense to the tune of $960,,,none of it made sense and the 39 point inspection clearly meant nothing since only a few things were checked off, Clearly they are there for the quickie tire sell and unnecessary services.... Had expected a good experience because of AAA, but LB is a nighmare.

Very accommodating and great service. The enployees were very friendly and the assistant manager was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Once again, a stellar experience with Lex Brodie. Needed 2 new front tires because I used someone else for my alignment, and the tires wore unevenly after 4 months and less than 2000 miles.....Will never use anyone but Lex Brodie for my automotive needs.

Very fast service and the only place we called that actually patches tires instead of just plugging them. Convienient location too, my wife and I just walked over to the shopping center across the road and spent the time there.

I remember when Lex was alive and in charge simple things like rotating tires were less than 1/2 hour. Today it takes 2-3 hours. What changed?

I can't say enough good things about this establishment. My wife wrote a review about our experience here and I just have to add to my appreciation and amazement at the exceptional service and staff! I dropped off my vehicle at around 9am for a safety inspection and to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I was expecting a long wait and a boat load of issues. Instead, the car was done in about an hour and a half (it's the weekend, I'm OK with that) and I had no issues and they fixed the nail in my tire! The woman with whom I left my keys and car was so polite and kind to my family, she really made me feel at home and like a friend more than a customer. I will definitely tell everyone to head on over to Lex for their automotive needs!!!!
